Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to countries including the USA, UK, European countries, and many parts of Asia (e.g. Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, etc.).
When will my order ship?
We process orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, all shipping methods include tracking.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours. To cancel, please email us with your order number. Custom-made or handmade items cannot be cancelled after processing begins.
